Frozen MealPrep Package Frequently Asked Question :

1. How do you freeze your meal?
We vacuum packed into several food grade sealer bag to ensure the food can last longer and it’s safe for consume.

2. How long can it last?
It can last up to 3 months in freezer, 3 days in fridge.

3. I received quite a lot different packs, how should I consume it?
It based on your macros per meal. We've stated the calories per meal on the packaging.

4. How to defrost it?
Take out from freezer and put at chiller 1 day in advanced, then next day you are ready to go.

5. How to reheat the meal?
Unseal your meal and put into microwavable container (do not close the lid), and microwave for 3-4 minutes.

6. Why it takes up to 2-3 working days to proceed?
It is freshly made upon request and it takes up to 1 day to fully frozen. Btw, we don’t wish to keep any stock in our kitchen.

7. Can I customize the macros?
Yes, you can modify your macro but it will be different pricing. Please log on to below link to submit your customize your meals.
